5. How do I find out what model my device is?

Finding your handset model can sometimes be complex. 
It's important to make sure you know the exact model of your device so your buyer can issue your payment quickly after inspecting it. 

On most handsets the model is normally printed on the product label which can be found on the back of the handset. 
Otherwise, simply find the brand of your phone below and follow the steps to locate your model:
Apple iPhone
If you're selling an iPhone, you just need to know the Serie (3GS, 4, 4S, 5, 5C, 5S) and the Capacity (8GB, 16GB, 32GB, 64GB).
Android Phones (Samsung, Motorola)
  1. Click the Menu button and select System Settings
  2. Scroll down through the list toward the bottom

Nokia Lumia
  1. Go to Settings
  2. Tap About
  3. Your model name and number will be displayed in the Phone Information Section
HTC, LG and older Nokia phones
  1. Remove the back cover
  2. Remove the battery
  3. Your model number will be printed on the inside of the phone, usually on a white label 

BlackBerry 10
  1. Tap Settings

6. Can I sell my broken device?

7. Do you accept unlocked / jailbroken devices

8. How do I unlock my AT&T cellphone?

Go to the AT&T Device Unlock website.

11. How do I prepare my item for shipping?

- Make sure you have turned off any password protection or screen lock on your device so we can test it.
- Backup your photos and files. Then clear your personal data from the device.
- Turn off device tracking  (i.e. Find my iPhone). This feature can lock the phone to your account.  For Apple devices (iPhone or iPad), turn off Find my iPhone in the “iCloud” settings menu.
- Keep the SIM card and the accessories: battery charger, headphones…

12. What happens after I send my device ?

13. How to deactivate “Find my iPhone” before shipping it?

16. When does my offer expire?

The value of electronics typically declines pretty quickly over time so we can only honor your offer for 30 days, we will inspect it and let you know the current offer value. If you are not happy with the revised offer, you will have the opportunity to request that the item is returned to you.
